Imagine this: you be driving along an overpass when your peripheral vision catches something; a big chunk of the concrete is missing. You slow down to investigate, as you begin to realize what has transpired. A car has smashed into the concrete careening over the edge and into the highway below. For whatever reason your electric cell phone doesnt work and there is a police in place that forces you to aid them, as you are part them out of the car you notice two bright lights acquire closer and then well you know the rest. People should not be held lawfully responsible to psychically intervene. In fact, attempting to aid whitethorn result in to a greater extent pain and suffering.
